Walmart Creative Studio

To evolve Walmart’s 300+ person in-house creative services team into an integrated and innovative full service agency, Jean pitched and sold the Creative Studio. Consolidating 4 photo studio locations across the country into an 80,000-square-foot complex in Los Angeles. Equipped with state-of-the-art production capabilities for creative ideation and content creation in one building. New creative strategy, creative storytelling, design systems, account & operations capabilities in the other. Designed for creativity at the speed of retail and to bring more projects in-house. Right here in LA, the storytelling center with access to a diverse talent pool.  

While construction and hiring talent were delayed after a marketing re-org, proud to see the Studio has finally opened. As servant leaders, sometimes we plant trees knowing we will never sit in their shade.
